How to submit your maintenance
requests easily.

We understand that things happen and we want to make sure you’re feeling taken care of. For your convenience, you’ll have free access​ to our easy-to-use digital maintenance app, Appfolio, to submit maintenance issues.​

Getting started

  1. Login to your Tenant Portal in Appfolio.
  2. Click on the Maintenance tab on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on the Request Maintenance button.
  4. Enter your maintenance request information and click Next. Be give us as much detail as possible to help us provide the best solution for your repair. Uploading photos is very helpful.
  5. Choose up to five time slots of availability for the repair to be fixed.
Once you have finished selecting appointment times, click Submit.

Our vendors will call, text or email - please be on the lookout for communication from our contractors. Any tenant that schedules an appointment and misses it will be charged for the show up fee.
