online portal

Appfolio Tenant Portal is our online payment system for ACH (no extra fee) or credit card. Activate your portal by clicking the link below then click Request Access to the Portal.

Electronic pay slip

Make payments with an Electronic Cash PaySlip at Walmart, 7/11, CVS stores or ACE Cash Express. Extra fees apply. Contact us to be emailed a payslip to use for payment.

Cash app

Convenient for those that love to use an app to pay their bills. Please contact the office for details of paying through Cash App with our SRE Services llc handle.

other options

Other ways to pay are mailing a payment to our office, dropping off a payment in the office. We accept direct deposits into our account at  any Chase Bank Branch with cash or money order. We will provide instructions.
